Welcome to Greater Anglia (Harlow Town Station)

To your left, leads to the taxi, bicycle shelter and accessible parking areas. To your right, leads to the car park area. Behind you, leads to the bus stop. The shelters are glass fronted bus stops with integrated seating.

This is the ticket office area. In front, is the accessible ticket gate and lift to all platforms. Behind you leads to the ticket gates, shop, accessible toilet, the stairway to all platforms and the exit doors.

On your left is the entrance door to the bicycle shelter. Next to the door of the bicycle shelter, is the accessible toilet. To your right, is a stairway to access all platforms. Behind you leads to the shop, ticket gate, ticket office and the exit.

The main entrance area inside the building. In front is a cafe. To your right, leads to the the ticket office, accessible ticket gate and lift to all platforms. To your left, leads to the ticket gates, shop, accessible toilet and the stairway to all platforms. Behind you, is the 3 large double doors that lead back out to the street area.

This is the waiting room on the bridgeway area. There is amples seating on both sides of the waiting room, with an information screen above on your right. Behind you, leads to the stairways to access all platforms.

This is the bridgeway area. Straight ahead, leads you to the stairway down to platforms 3 and 4. To your left, is the entrance into the waiting room. Behind you, leads to the stairway to platforms 1 and 2 and the stairway to the ticket gates to exit the station.

This bridgeway lift area. Straight ahead takes you inside the lift down to platforms 1 and 2. To your right, leads to the waiting room and lift down to platforms 3 and 4. To your left, leads to the lift down to the exit. There is ample seating along the bridgeway wall opposite the lift.

This is the bridgeway area. Straight ahead, leads you to the waiting room and stairway to platforms 3 and 4. To your right, is the stairway down to platforms 1 and 2. Behind you, leads to the stairway down to the ticket gates to exit the station.

This is the bridgeway area. Straight ahead, is the men toilet. To your right, is the stairway down to platforms 3 and 4. Behind you, leads to the waiting room, stairway to platforms 1 and 2 and the stairway to the exit.

This area is the bus stop. On your left and right sides, is the glass fronted bus stops with integrated seating. Straight ahead is a view of the front of the station. This is the taxi rank area, a paved pathway area. Parallel to the building and taxi collection road. Straight ahead is the accessible car park area. Behind you leads to station main entrance, bus stops, taxis and car park areas.

Start of platform 1. Tarmac platform of around 8 metres in width with paved area next to open track area where you mount the train and buildings on the opposite side. The platform runs parallel with platform 2. Straight ahead leads down platform 1, stairway to platforms 3 and 4 and the exit.

This is the waiting room on platforms 1 and 2. The waiting room is a glass enclosed area with integrated seating, that runs parallel between platforms 1 and 2. You can exit the waiting room on both ends of the waiting room to access platforms 1 and 2.
