Main Entrance
You are outside facing the main entrance to the station. As you turn to your right there is the cycle hub and car park, with bus services beyond. As you turn to your left, there is the taxi rank and second car park area. Behind you is a wide open space for cars and buses to access.
Ticket Office
You are in the ticket office, facing the booths. To your right are the manned ticket desks, and to the left are machines for purchasing tickets. Further to your right there are a range of brochures. Further to your left there is a row of seats. Behind you are the ticket gates for all platforms.
Taxi Rank & Drop off Area
You are outside the station facing the taxi rank outside the main entrance. Over the road is a pick up and drop off area. As you turn to your right, there is a pavement leading you to car park 2. On the wall on your left is an Emergency Bleed Control Kit. As you turn to your left there is pavement taking you into the main entrance, with a post box on the left before the doors. Behind you is a bin suspended on the wall.
Bus Stop
You are outside on the pavement where the bus will stop. To your right is the pavement which leads to the main entrance. To your left there is a bin and more pavement leading away from the station. Behind you is a short wall and some greenery.
Cycle Hub
You are outside facing the cycle hub and cycle parking area. To the right is a pavement which leads to car park 2. To the left is accessible parking. Behind you is a zebra crossing with tactile paving and drop kerb, with a pathway that leads to the main entrance.
Accessible Toilet - Platform 1
You are inside the accessible toilet. The toilet itself is in the far right corner, with the sink to the right of that. On the left of the toilet is a sanitary bin and a mirror, with a radiator further along to the left.
Accessible Parking
You are outside facing the accessible parking area. To the left is a zebra crossing with tactile paving and drop kerb, with a pathway that leads to the main entrance. To the right is the cycle hub and cycle parking area.
Accessible Parking 2
You are outside facing the accessible parking. In front of you is a cycle parking space. To your right is a booth to pay for parking. As you turn to your right, there is a pavement towards the main entrance. As you turn to your left, there is a zebra crossing with tactile paving and drop kerbs, which takes you towards car park 2. Behind you is the road.
Platform 1
You are on platform 1 facing the outdoor lift to the bridge which takes you to platforms 2, 3 and 4. As your turn to your right there is a fence, with the train tracks and other platforms visible. As you turn to your left there is a large metal box marked with a "Danger, 415 Volts" and a lightning symbol. Behind you is a short walkway which takes you on to platform 1.
Platform 2 & 3
You are on platform 3 facing the lift to the bridge. Platform 2 is just behind it. As you turn to the left, platform 3 continues towards the waiting room. As you turn to the right, there are stairs to the bridge and platform 3 continues to a sheltered seating area. Behind you there is the platform edge and train tracks. There is a bright yellow line and tactile paving on the ground before the edge of the platform.
Platform 4
You are on platform 4 facing the outdoor lift to the bridge which takes you to platforms 1, 2, and 3. As your turn to your right there is a fence, As you turn to your left there is also a fence. Behind you is a short walkway which takes you on to platform 4.
Waiting Room - Platforms 2 & 3
You are inside the waiting room for platforms 2 and 3. There are accessible doors on both sides and many seats.
Waiting Room - Platform 4
You are facing a waiting room on platform 4. When you turn to your right, there are more chairs, another two windows, and a no smoking sign. There is a Customer Information Screen information hotspot, which shows live train departure and arrival information. When you turn to your left, there is a door which leads to Platform 4. The door has a barrier on either side, and the button which can be used to open the door is on the left.
Platform 1
You are at the entrance for platform 1. Slightly to your right is a purple statue, and slightly to your left is the walkway to the platform. Down this route you get to male, female and accesible toilets, a baby change facility, and stairs and a lift which take you to platforms 2, 3 and 4. As you turn to your right, there is a Pumpkin cafe and shop, and access to the other end of platform 1. As you turn to your left, there are automatic double doors to exit.
Platform 2
You are on platform 2. Further ahead of you is the waiting room. As you turn to your right, there is the platform edge and train tracks. There is a bright yellow line and tactile paving on the ground before the edge of the platform. As you turn to your left, there is some seating and a walk through to platform 3. Behind you is the rest of platform 2.
Platform 3
You are on platform 3 and facing down the platform. As you turn to your left, there is the platform edge and train tracks. There is a bright yellow line and tactile paving on the ground before the edge of the platform. As you turn to your right, there are stairs and a lift to the bridge and the exit. Behind you is the rest of platform 3 and the sheltered seating area.
Platform 4
You are on platform 4 and facing down the platform. There are pillars at regular intervals and this area is sheltered overhead. overhead height is a sign with departures times and destinations for trains on this platform. As you turn to your right, there is the platform edge and train tracks. There is a bright yellow line and tactile paving on the ground before the edge of the platform. As you turn to your left, there is an entrance for the stairs to other platforms and the exit. Behind you is the rest of platform 4.
