Main Entrance

View of the front of the station. In front a paved area leading to the roadway crossing to the station doors entrance. Behind you and to your left and right is the car park area. Facing the front of the building and turning to your left, leads to more car parking, the bicycle shelter and the bus stop.
Toilets (Concourse)

This is the outside entrance to the toilets and accessible toilet on the far left of the main station area, overlooking platform 5. There are 3 doors in front, on the left, is the ladies toilet. The middle door is the accessible toilet and the right door is the gentleman's toilet. To your right, is a view of platform 5. To your right is a vending machine and behind leads back to the ATM and the main area of the station.
Ticket Office & Vending Machines

This is the entrance foyer of the station with a large tiled area and double-volume ceilings. To your right, are the ticket machines and the entrance to the ticket office and assistance. To your left, is a view of M & S simply food shop signage and two seating areas. Straight ahead is access to the main station area with shops, seating, ticket barrier and assistance. Behind you is the double doors exit to the car park area.
Waiting Room (Concourse by Platform 1) - Coffee Shop (AMT) & Waiting Room

The main station area before the ticket barrier, past the right of them, is a tiled area with access on your right to a cafe, waiting room and shops. The view ahead looks straight down platforms 1 and 2 and behind you to a seated area with benches and lead to the middle of the main station area.
Waiting Room (Platform 5)

This is a waiting room with large glass windows and double door entrance behind you. There are seats on both sides and in front of you with advertising posters on the back brick wall. The glass windows give views over platform 5 on all sides.
Ticket Gates - Coffee Shop (Starbucks)

This is the entrance to the main station area. A large open tiled area. Straight ahead is access to the ticket barrier and coffee shop. To your left is access to shops, ATM and toilets. To your right, is access to customer service and assistance, shops and waiting room. Behind you leads to the entrance foyer, tickets and exit.
Shop (WHSmith) - ATM

This is the main station area, a large open tiled area. Straight ahead is access to the shop. Ahead to your right, is the ATM and around that corner are the toilets and accessible toilet. To your left, is another shop. behind you leads to the coffee shop, ticket barrier, customer service and assistance.
