Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium

The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium can seat up to 192 guests who are able to view presentations over our 360 full dome screen. This shows various planets around the full dome with a presentation slide shown at the front.

The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium is the UK’s largest Planetarium and takes your guests to the edge of the universe and back with one of our amazing award-winning shows. Delegates are able to view presentations over our 360 full dome screen and we have a variety of backdrops available to suit your individual requirements.

Boosters Rocket Tower

Image shows our two large rockets which are spread across four floors in our Rocket Tower. There is a large space set up with poseur tables and catering table set up with five TV screens displaying the National Space Centre logo.

As you approach the National Space Centre from any route into the City you will catch glimpses of the 42-metre high Rocket Tower.
Boosters is the ground floor of our iconic Rocket Tower hosting our two real rockets suspended above you. This space serves as a private catering or exhibition space during events.

Shuttle Suites

The Shuttle Suites can be used as one large room or subdivided into four individual rooms (Columbia, Discovery, Endeavour and Atlantis), making it a comfortable and flexible space for 5 to 200 delegates.

The Shuttle Suite conference rooms are available for both daytime and evening hire and are suitable for small meetings and large conferences.
