Plymouth Hoe Social Media
Facebook Posts
Created for Plymouth Marjon University as part of their social media campaign, the client wanted to showcase its accessible setting, advertising its proximity to both city and sea, something difficult to portray with a single conventional static image. This project typifies the advantages of 360° imagery. In this case, the viewer can clearly see key waypoints: the city, which is to the south of the University campus, Plymouth Hoe, and the sea beyond the estuary.
Uploaded to the University’s Facebook page, the 360° image attracted a great deal of engagement, with 255 shares alone! Engaging all demographics – prospective and current students, alumni, and locals! Increasing the University’s reach. Proving the rule that VR will capture all ages. Especially at expos; the University’s target is one of the most receptive demographics out there, and a VR experience is sure to generate much interest.
