Founded in a small office in Devon during lockdown with the aim of providing access to spaces that people couldn’t physically visit, we have always prioritised people over profit. Achieving B Corp certification reinforces our dedication to conducting business with integrity, placing accountability across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers at the forefront of our operations. Our mission is to make the world more accessible.

Completing the B Impact Assessment was a powerful and eye-opening experience as it gave us a clear picture of where we excel, but also where we can grow. We embraced the process and allowed it to transform and challenge us to dig deeper and find more ways we can do better for the people and for the planet.

This is our commitment to maintain the efforts we are already doing, and also to elevate our efforts in these areas as we continue to bring accessibility, education, innovation, and immersive experiences to everyone’s doorstep.

Our Top Sustainability Efforts

We believe in creating an environment where our teams can thrive, our clients feel truly valued, and our operations contribute to something bigger than ourselves. We are continuously looking to improve our impact in all areas, but we also know the importance of reflecting on our efforts to see what more we can do. Our main goals are:

  • To become carbon neutral by 2026
  • To plant double the amount of trees in 2025 than the previous year (we planted 48 trees in 2024)
  • To continue offering a 10% discount to all charities
  • To improve the client and end-user feedback methods
  • Create more accessible spaces for all through our virtual tours
